We are trying to teach Cole the concept of putting. He still makes his full swing on the putting green, so we are trying to show him the smaller, more gentler putting stroke. It may take a while...
Grandma and Buck got Cole a Jr golf cart. He is obsessed with it. And for a kid that isnt even 2 years old, he can fully drive/steer the cart. With his clubs on the back he is ready to start playing!
My college roommate is visiting Hilton Head with her family. Cole has been hanging out with her 2 1/2 year old daughter Paula Grace...Cole is in love! It is destined to be a future marriage. It has been so wonderful having play dates with them everyday. We have been swimming in the pool, dancing at Salty Dog cafe, and visiting the animals at Lawton Stables petting zoo. What a fun week...it will be awful when they leave. Heart break!
Before the weather gets too hot and humid in HHI, we did another trip to Lawton Stables petting zoo. This time we went with our buddy Elliott and Jennifer Witmer.
Cole wants to be outside no matter what is happening with the weather. After it rained one morning we put his rain boots on and let him splash in the puddles. Puddles are a favorite!
Cole enjoyed a month of swimming lessons when his Canadian buddy Colton came to Hilton Head. Colton is his godmother, Suzanne's nephew. He was a little hesitant at first but after just a couple of lessons he is now kicking and jumping right into the water from the side. The summer will be filled with many days at the pool and beach.
